At AJ-Security, we do not rely on  subcontractors. For full-time or long-term contracts, we directly recruit experienced, SIA-licensed professionals from referrals of current employees and usually with knowledge of the locations they will be working. We also support local unemployment by training individuals through our AJ Training Academy for the Security Industry Authority licence requirements, and equipping them with the required skills and qualities to deliver what is expected, and in doing so bettering that person’s belief in themselves, and quite possibly the wellbeing of their family too.
